Sexy Story about Coconuts & Bananas
The Bride Frightened at Seeing Life Opened - by Frida Kahlo |
It is the first month of 2019 and we are wrapped well in our dream cocoons, stacked with nut, fruit and good read until the sun warms awake our bones. During this hibernating times many travel far south following the sun and others relay on their inner light surrounded with candles, warm soups, bright colors and citrus fruits. It is real treat to have fruits on your table that belong to far Colombian, African, Cambodian trees. Appreciating their exotic beauty of body, color and taste and the fact that we are lucky to live in days, when such delicious treasures are delivered fresh all the way to us. What a convenient life we have… or is it more likely that this spoil for taste is ruining the Ozone layer tin? Are these fruits even the real deal, or some bleached versions of their prehistorical family? Well sure the organic one are five times the prices, but bring the taste, but still someone has to fly them all the way north in here. When I was a little girl, during the communism we would get bananas and oranges only in the winter. My uncle was a truck driver, so we would get a big banana box for Christmas. Oh, the magic feeling of seeing this remote yellow shaped fruits arriving at home!
"I paint flowers so they will not die."
- Frida Kahlo
I appreciate fruits so much and always dreamed to live in a place where I can survive mainly from their sweet nectarine juices. Living there in "place abundant with flowers and reeds", where Frida Kahlo's painted fruits made of flesh bodies under the sunniest Mexican trees. This land whos myth of origin tells a story of a bat emerging from the semen of the god Quetzalcoatl the "Plum Serpent", who takes a piece from the genitals of Xochiquetzal "The Goddess of Love", from which flowers were born. While dreaming this winter dreams, I decided to write a blog about the symbols of longevity and sexuality to inspire their practical use in beauty making.
Fruits are associated with the Garden of Eden they carry different symbolic meanings. Depending on believe and region, the original sin of the apple changes to symbol of peace or in another becomes the "an apple of discord". Learning about the fruit symbolism is fascinating story of the human development and believes, which shows the importance of the fruits in our lives. according to the ancient Chinese, where for example a pear should not be shared between lovers, because the word pear is identical to the word separation. Eating a fruit is sometimes associated with eroticism and sensuality. This comes of no surprise, after all the Plant Kingdom originates with most exciting tales of seduction, trickster and gender games.
“Find out in this revealing stocking-filler, an expose of more than 200 of nature’s most unseemly liaisons. There’s nectar and pollen, but there are also teasers which deliver nothing and cheating among plants takes many forms. Find out how avocado flowers are female one day and male the next, how the violet really does shrink and how giraffes pollinate certain trees.”

Sweet Ambrosia for your Skin
I don't know how much fruit is used in DIY cosmetics, but I remember some of my first face masks were fruit made. In the summer time my mother applied quickly on her face kiwi, watermelon, strawberry or grape layer. She would smudge the whole fruit, let it dry and then rinse off. Back in the day we hadn't so many exotic fruits, but she would basically put anything she found. During the hot summer days, after the skin has tightened long under the sun, these fruit layers will give the thirsty skin all the moist boost needed. Yes, our skin is thirsty too. And yes fruits have many Vitamins and enzyme benefits which give immediate results. Fruits are easily accessible, from every asian market. Usually we have fruit in our kitchens, which we can simply put on our face without big preparation. Fruits boost our skin and body with delicious juices. For people with sensitive skins, pregnant women and also for folks with allergies of course, the fruit enzyme is wonderful substitute of chemical acid.Fruitless Life?
